Spring is Coming

This winter has been particularly cold; being inside to stay warm all the time might have you feeling a little stir-crazy, but winter is coming to a close, and we will soon be met with warmth and sunshine. As the weather gets warmer outside, it becomes easy for all of us to start getting distracted. There will be many different events going on outside, and all of the grassy areas will be full of students taking study breaks. It may be tempting to be at all of these events, but make sure you are managing your time well!

If you have a schedule for how you spend your day, build some time into going outside and getting some sunshine. You can build in five-minute study breaks to go on walks, or if you want to attend an event happening outside, you can build in the activity into your schedule for the day. Enjoy the sunshine and the activities, but remember to keep up with your studies, too! Another thing to be aware of with the warmer weather is how temperamental Virginia can be. Keep some coats around just in case we have randomly cold days!
Remember that spring break is just around the corner, so you’ll have plenty of time to take a break from your studies!
