If I don’t attend for a semester do I have to re-apply?
You do not have to re-apply unless you took courses at another institution during that semester. Your account will remain active for one academic year.
I need information about AP, IB, or CLEP Credits, how can I find it?
Information about credit by examination is available in the University Catalog, but the most current information can be obtained here.
Who is eligible for a Mason Admissions Application Fee Waiver?
All applicants to George Mason University are required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE application fee to be considered for admission. However, certain applicants may qualify for an application fee waiver. Please reference the exceptions and criteria. If you are uncertain that you qualify for an application fee waiver, DO NOT select this option. Contact the Office of Admissions at 703-993-2400 to seek guidance BEFORE submitting any application.
