What is Patriot Connect?
Patriot Connect is the university’s system of engagement to connect the student journey. It utilizes several platforms with tools for appointment scheduling, drop-in appointments, communications, interaction summaries, referrals, cases, recruitment, and admissions.

Access to Patriot Connect
New employees or employees in new roles that need to set up a user account in Patriot Connect must complete FERPA 101, Highly Sensitive Data, and Banner Navigation trainings on MasonLeaps and gain access to Banner first.

Training for Patriot Connect
Join the Patriot Connect community on MasonLeaps where you will find training materials, resources, and guides. If you are a new advisor, information about Patriot Connect training is provided in the Fundamentals of Advising at Mason (FOAM). Issues or Change Requests for Patriot Connect

Your main point of contact regarding Patriot Connect is your unit’s Patriot Connect Release 1 Change Liaison. You can find your person on the Patriot Connect Team page. This person is not a subject matter expert but rather a bridge between you and the Product Owner.
